Flu and Covid-19 Vaccination Services

We offer both Flu and Covid-19 vaccination services.

Flu Vaccination

You may be able to get the flu vaccine free on the NHS.

The flu vaccine is recommended for people at higher risk of getting seriously ill from flu. The flu vaccine helps protect against flu, which can be a serious or life-threatening illness. The flu vaccine is offered on the NHS every year in autumn or early winter to people at higher risk of getting seriously ill from flu.

You can get the free NHS flu vaccine if you:

  • are aged 65 or over (including those who will be 65 by 31 March 2025)
  • have certain long-term health conditions
  • are pregnant
  • live in a care home
  • are the main carer for an older or disabled person, or receive a carer’s allowance
  • live with someone who has a weakened immune system

Pop in and have any questions answered by our pharmacist. No appointment required as this is a walk-in service.

Covid-19 Vaccination

You may be able to get the Covid-19 vaccine free on the NHS.

The COVID-19 vaccine helps protect against COVID-19, which can be a serious or life-threatening illness. It’s offered on the NHS to people at increased risk of getting seriously ill from COVID-19.

You may be offered a COVID-19 vaccine if you:

  • are aged 75 or over
  • are aged 6 months to 74 years and have a weakened immune system because of a health condition or treatment
  • live in a care home for older adults

Pop in and have any questions answered by our pharmacist. No appointment required as this is a walk-in service.

Having the COVID-19 vaccine at the same time as other vaccines

You can have the COVID-19 vaccine at the same time as the flu vaccine. If you’re eligible for a Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccine, it’s more effective to have it on a different day to your COVID-19 and flu vaccines.
