Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Very friendly, polite, helpful Pharmacist & staff. Highly knowledgeable Pharmacist who seems to almost know what a patient need even before they tell their problem (just kidding), but they listen to you thoroughly and give you all the possible options – involving you in the process of caring for yourself. Incredible patient care over many years, especially provide advice & support to our Rayners Lane community during the Covid19 pandemic and seeing doctors was restricted. Very reassuring to patients to have a people with extensive knowledge of treating various common / non-emergency ailments providing useful medical service at the local level.
